About Physicians for Civil Defense

Physicians for Civil Defense was founded in 1991, when it provided seed money for mobile civil defense displays. It now owns and maintains the display originally purchased by FEMA for the State of Arizona.

PCD distributes a bimonthly newsletter, cosponsors annual meetings of Doctors for Disaster Preparedness, and has donated hundreds of NukAlerts to first responders.
